intoxicated and incapacitated by drugs. The words, fashionable in 1990s rave culture, are based on 'mongol(oid)'.
Gurning and sledgied are similar terms.
b.
hung-over or suffering from a drugs comedown. A term used by young street-gang members in London since around 2000.
